Had a great time in Bordeaux! The location is perfect for exploring, and the spacious beautiful room with a balcony gave us a fantastic view. Staff went above and beyond, but the breakfast options could use some variety. A lovely stay!

absolutely inadequate experience at this 'hotel. ' my room was so small and noisy, shutting the windows woudl ve been helpful if they actually fit. and don't even get me started on the AC—nonexistent despite the sweltering heat. thought I might at least get an upgrade for my troubles but no, just another missed opportunity.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the local shopping area and had incredible meals at nearby restaurants. The staff were super friendly and offered great tips on where to eat. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated the water filter in the lobby for refilling our bottles.

One downside was that the coffee cups were a bit too small and hot to handle, which made morning coffee a bit tricky.

Charming hotel, excellent staff, including the friendly morning attendant who surprised us with a complimentary champagne for my daughter's birthday, along with a convenient location featuring easy access to luggage storage and 24-hour reception for our needs.
